Another Dual Occ Rejected in Coldstream

conclusion

1               I have concluded that the development will have an unacceptable impact on the neighbourhood character and should not be approved.  I will therefore set aside the Council’s decision.

    HURRAH !!!! This VCAT Member was able to make a decision based on how the application would affect the township... as he had the evidence to view from the earlier approved subdivision in Belchester. Very Interesting!!!

    Just to let people know another dual occupancy applied for 18 Belchester Ave Coldstream, anybody wishing to write a letter to Council to object please do so. ASAP
