Canteen helpers needed for 2011

Dear supporters, parents, players and partners, 

Part of every successful football club is a great canteen and Coldstream is no different, but to run the canteen we desperately need some volunteers.

I, along with Karen will be running the canteen again in 2011 and with only a week or so before we hit round 1 we just need to secure a few more helpers J 

We only have 9 home games to organise (as per the dates below).

If you could volunteer your time for only 1 day or even just a few hours, it would be a huge help. 

We also need some quick help first thing in the morning for setup.

This may suit a parent or partner of someone from the under 18’s as you are already there early to watch the game. This early morning help (from around 8.30am – 9.30am) is to make the salad rolls, along with cutting and packing hot dog rolls. If I can get one or two people to commit to that for the season, that would be fantastic.

Survey Misses about 200

After wondering why a number of people did not get a survey I was told by Marion at the Shire that the Shire had made a mistake and had forgotten to send out surveys to about 200 people.  These will be sent out today!
