Coldstream: Avenue of Trees

In response to yesterdays post I received an encouraging e mail from Jeanette McRae.
It reads as follows:

Glenn and I have discussed concepts around further beautification of Coldstream including creating an avenue of trees and this proposal seems to fit in nicely. It has been referred to officers for their attention.
