PLANNING Minister Justin Madden is encouraging Chirnside Park locals to have their say on Yarra Ranges Shire plans to beautify the suburb.
“The Green Spine Design Project will create an identifiable green gateway and a boulevard experience for the Chirnside Park Activity Centre, with links to Brushy Creek and Lilydale,” Mr Madden said.
