$10.5m upgrade 'overdue'

A DESIRE to improve working conditions for council staff will drive a $10.5 million redevelopment of Yarra Ranges Council's Lilydale civic centre, which was approved last week.

Yarra Ranges chief executive Glenn Patterson said the redevelopment would improve productivity and customer service.
