Peter Pettinella (a Yarra Ranges council worker) has been killed when his tractor rolled at Mooroolbark yesterday afternoon.
Initial police investigations into the death of Peter Pettinella, 58, indicated that he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
The council worker was driving south along Belfast Rd in a tractor at around 12pm when he lost control of the vehicle, which is used for slashing parks and reserves.
Mooroolbark Police Sen-Constable David Lee said the vehicle mounted an embankment and rolled forward.
WorkSafe and Yarra Ranges Council attended at the scene.
