THE legal battle to stop a waste transfer station in Lilydale continues with a Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal hearing adjourned until May.
The proposed site of the transfer station is on the same road as the controversial Coldstream Compost facility that has attracted scores of complaints from nearby residents about the odour.
