Christine Fyffe (Member for Evelyn) has sent a copy of a letter in relation to the ANL situation written by Gavin Jennings MLC.
In my opinion, the letter contains very little new information to those of you that have been to the public meetings or read the local papers.
A further VCAT directions hearing will ne held on March 13th 2009.
I urge you to keep reporting the smell to the EPA on 9695 2777 and insist on a report number or reference.
