Is Coldstream Smell Central?

Excellent decision by VCAT. It is ridiculous to approve a tip (sorry ‘refuse station’) in a residential estate. Put it in a rural or industrial area or move it to Coldstream but not in a community who are entitled to use their backyards without the stench of rotting waste permeating the air morning and night.
