Coldstream taps are left running - Local News - News - Lilydale & Yarra Valley Leader

COLDSTREAM residents are the shire’s biggest water guzzlers, with every household using an average of 480 litres a day.

The figure was significantly above the 406 litres average recorded across Yarra Valley Water’s jurisdiction in 2010-11, despite Coldstream residents cutting their use by 13 per cent.

Comment: I am always confused when the word Coldstream is used in a broad sense.  Do they mean the COLDSTREAM ESTATE or properties with a 3770 postcode.
