Hi all,ive been following this dual occ debate for a while now and what i cant understand is why the same names keep coming up?A ms V perez,Map building serices and Crossman Investments with a V cat decision are all these compiness linked? And also how do 5 or 6 different families all put in applications at roughly the same time for dual occ's?Im not in the area but i believe this will a bad thing for the area and also coldstream residents.Iwill continue to follow this site and progress of what happens good luck to that new group that the residents started i wish you my best. thanks Mick
Mick, I am glad to see people following this debate. As for Vari Perez, she is paid to "get plans through council" and I believe has no other involvement.
Does it matter if there was one builder or 6 different builders trying to get dual occs? Me thinks not!
The point is, council must treat each application on its merits to see if it fits with the Shire plan of the area.
If there is doubt then its will be up to VCAT to decide.
