ANL run the compost site at Coldstream and have been at VCAT because of the smell created by the process.
RUMOUR,
It is rumoured that ANL have asked the SYR for an ammendment in the permit. At this stage I am unsure of what changes they are asking for, but I will let you know when I get some facts.
