Enjoy an evening of classy Jazz. Jazz Pianist Craig Smith and singer Melanie Searle will charm and enthral you with classic jazz music from yesterday. Starting piano lessons
at age 8, Craig has been performing for more than 30 years developing his own mixture of styles. Melanie has also been performing for years and has developed a wide range of styles, from jazz to gospel and rock to classical. While taking in the smooth jazz sounds, enjoy a delicious regional dinner consisting of ocean trout gravad lax for canapé, Spring pea veloute with Persian feta fritters for entrée, choice of beef or crispy skin snapper for main, followed by pear tarte tartin for dessert.
