I have just found out that ANL have once again appealed a decision by VCAT.
They want extensions until the middle of next year to clear the site, on the grounds that they won't be able to sell all the material by the current date.
In return they offer to trade a 2 week "no operations" period over Christmas.
Hearing is set for 30th of November....
