The formal directions haven't been circulated yet so I guess all you can
say is ... ANL are petitioning VCAT to allow them to leave some
thousands of cubic meters of compost on the site indefinitely, and are
likely to succeed because the residents have stopped sending in stink
reports to the EPA and Council.
Today in VCAT the council tried to bring to the attention of VCAT that ANL were defying the ruling requiring them to clear the site.
