Woolworth help Coldstream Netball

COLDSTREAM Netball Club says securing a Woolworths Fresh Foods Kids Grant is the best thing that has ever happened to the club. Committee member Deanna Adams said in the 25 years that the club had been in existence, the $3000 grant was its first. Ms Adams said the money would be spent on new uniforms and drink bottles.

The Coldstream Netball Club will use the $3000 Fresh Foods Kids Grant to buy new uniforms for its players such as Cailtin, Alishia, Samantha, Stacey, Claire and Michaela.
‘‘The girls are rapt,’’ Ms Adams said.
‘‘The uniforms will be new and sparkly for the coming season.’’
Other recipients of the Fresh Food Grants are Hoddles Creek Primary School, which received $2100 to establish a vegetable garden, Healesville Soccer Club ($1820 for new uniforms) and Mooroolbark Junior Football Club ($3505 for new uniforms as well).
