Bend Prepares For Its Next 20 Years Of Growth

In the last 30 years, the city of Bend has seen has seen its population increase nearly five-fold. But all the while, the city’s Urban Growth Boundary has stayed the same size.

Now that the housing boom has gone bust, Bend is once again looking forward to its next growth spurt.

But as David Nogueras reports, not everybody agrees on  Bend’s future plans.
