A PUSH by a developer to have land included in the urban growth boundary in Cranbourne appears to have the support of most neighbours - as long as they are included.
A Growth Areas Authority spokeswoman said an independent advisory committee would make recommendations to Planning Minister Matthew Guy about any boundary changes.
The spokeswoman said only land covered in a submission in 2009 could be considered, with an exception applying to councils.
