There will be an article in the Lilydale Leader next Monday, by Alex Munro, in relation to the Coldstream survey results. Below are two paragraphs from the article. Please read it either in print or online.
"Ryrie Ward Councillor Jeanette McRae said the key messages she received were that people valued their rural setting, location and sense of community.
Mrs Fyffe said she supported the development of Coldstream, providing it was done to enhance its country feel. "
Comment:
I wish to thank Jeanette McRae for doing this survey for the future of Coldstream and hope that the next step will not be too far away.
I also wish to thank Christine Fyffe for sending out her survey as well.
Both surveys indicated that Coldstream should expand its boundary.
