Of course Lyster Ward got so much money - it's Dunny's ward! The other councillors are so afraid of her they give her everything just about everything she wants... ridiculous carbon taxes through our rates when this Shire barely produces any if at all, environmental strategies chuck full of regulation and compliance measures, weed waste bins that cost a fortune when other councils have them as part of the service... you name it, she gets it. I'm waiting for one man in council to have the *^!!$ to stand up to her. Heaven help those who live in that district if she gets elected to the Senate. Poor Steve Fielding will have his work cut out for him, then.
