SIXTEEN years ago, Amanda Cunliffe made her first jar of preserves in her Coldstream kitchen to supplement her work as a botanical artist.

Today, she has built a business that exports boutique preserves to Singapore and Hong Kong, and will showcase its wares at an SBS food festival in Carlton.
