Police arrested a 33-year-old Montrose man, who was residing in a property on The Avenue just 100m from where the family lives.

After the ititial "grin" I thought to myself what if this chap came into my house, how would I feel? My "grin" quickly turned into a "frown of concern", concerned and the next step he could take or concerned if he was found inside a bedroom by an irate parent.
