The proposed overhall of the Planning Scheme has been a long time coming into the 21st Century and Matthew Guy seems to be the guy to do it.
The proposed changes are very positive and just in time as Victoria is going through the worst industrial economic decline since the Whitlam & Hamer years.
I urge landowners to show your support so we can start planning a revival of building activity before the next government arrives..

I have emailed my submission for changes around the Coldstream estate. Let's hope it gets read and seriously considered.
In summary, I have suggested that the UGB around Coldstream be expanded with the Post Office becoming the center of Coldstream.
