Lilydale, Chirnside Park standouts in real estate - Real Estate - News - Lilydale & Yarra Valley Leader:
"In Lilydale, the median house price jumped from $412,500 in the June quarter to $435,250 in the Septem- ber quarter, an increase of 5.5 per cent.
In Chirnside Park, the median house price rose from $423,225 in the June quarter to $438,000 ending last month, up 3.5 per cent."
Comment: Great if you own land, but what about the effect on renters, store keeper leases and the family unit.
