Sit-in at proposed McDonald's site:
"Yarra Ranges councillor Samantha Dunn said the shire had the option of fighting the proposal in the Supreme Court, similar to the action the City of Stonnington had taken after VCAT gave the go-ahead to a large residential development in Armadale.
"We're seeking further advice on the decision to see what action might be possible or not ... you need to have grounds and it's not apparent yet whether there are grounds," Cr Dunn said."
